Aira handles digital projects like a breeze. Cool-headed and organised, she supports client services by wrangling sales data, wrestling with calendars, and using her admin-level access to make good things happen. 

Aira majored in English Literature and Pacific Studies at Victoria University and later gained her Diploma in te reo Māori from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. She's worked in the Enrolments office at Weltec and, before that, Hutt City Libraries, where she was the face of Taitā Library for 13 years. During her time at the library, Aira loved making a positive community impact — from helping someone create their first email account to locating primary sources for customers’ research, hosting children's programmes, or teaching tāniko lessons.

Outside of work, Aira is a keen (though not competitive) CrossFitter. Lifting heavy weights is one of her favourite ways to relax, besides eating fancy food and taking numerous selfies with her flatmate's cat.
