Jodi leads our client service and strategy teams, growing and strengthening our client partnerships and driving business success. With over 20 years’ experience spanning marketing, communications, and digital, she has worked both agency and client-side, leading agencies through change, and championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The golden thread through it all is service: she works to provide opportunities for others, be those colleagues, young women mentees, or customers of the clients we serve.

Before joining Springload Te Pipītanga, Jodi led Bastion Shine Wellington and AKQA (formerly Heyday), guiding them through global mergers and industry shifts. Passionate about connecting people and ideas, she is co-founder and director of Women of Pōneke and mentors women in their careers.

Relentlessly optimistic, she’s an avid cyclist and adventurer. Catch her biking to the office even on rainy days, charging around Makara Peak, or touring Aotearoa with her family in their 1960s vintage caravan.
