Maree builds lasting client relationships. Her superpower is diving deep into what clients are trying to achieve, understanding the bigger picture, and then helping them with the nuts and bolts of how to get there.

Her diverse career spans various fields, from her first job with our national airline through to finance, NGO donor management and most recently organisational and leadership programme design. She’s also a headstone restorer and when time allows you might spot her trishaw piloting for a local retirement village. The common thread is meaningful mahi — working in service of people and organisations striving to do better.

Born in the shadow of Taranaki Maunga, she spent 25 years in Wellington, and is now based in sunny Nelson. In her spare time she loves punk gigs, pottery, and adventuring with her whānau wherever her beloved Series 2a Land Rover will take them.
