In 2020 Mobi2Go more than tripled their employee base. This rapid growth presented challenges, particularly in cloud based infrastructure management. 

We provided documentation on how to use tooling and maintain the infrastructure, coaching to help them use tested patterns and approaches, and IAC modules to help them manage the infrastructure systematically. We did a proof of concept with an AI algorithm deployment, demonstrating the patterns and approach used in the new tooling. 

We delivered: 

• A clear roadmap for shifting to a containerised, automated cloud-based infrastructure
• Documentation, coaching, and IAC modules and patterns. 

This gave Mobi2Go a clear roadmap for how to implement and maintain infrastructure that can support them now, and scale up as they continue to grow.
